Everything you need to run the Valorrex theme on your store

Valorrex is an Arabic and English theme for PC parts and gaming build stores, built on Salla's Raed theme. It adds a Valorrex-branded home page and presents build product options more clearly. Prices, stock, cart and checkout all stay in Salla.

Version v5 Arabic and English Mobile and desktop Last updated: October 2026

1 What the theme offers

Valorrex-branded home page

A headline, two buttons and a featured build image, shown before the home page sections you manage in Salla.

Browse by component

Shortcuts to processors, graphics cards, memory, storage, cases and monitors.

Configure your PC

Shows the build product's native Salla options as cards, with component photos and a price and quantity summary.

Two languages, two directions

Full Arabic and English support with the correct page direction for each language, and a responsive mobile layout.

Important: the configurator is a visual layer only. It does not create sale options, calculate the final price or check component compatibility. The correct price is always the one stored in Salla.

2 Installing and previewing

The theme reaches your store through a preview request sent by the developer, or through a private install link. To receive a preview request:

  1. In the store dashboard, open Store & sales channels → Store design.
  2. Click Theme development requests and turn on Accept theme preview requests during development.
  3. Accept the Valorrex theme request. The theme copy then appears in Store design.
  4. Use Customize to adjust the settings and Preview to open your store with this copy in a separate page.
  5. Do not publish the copy until the checklist is complete.
An unpublished copy is not visible to your visitors, so testing and customizing are safe on the live store. If you open a private install link, follow the steps on Salla's screen.

3 Valorrex settings

Find them in the theme editor under Customize → Theme settings. Empty fields show the default translated text in both languages.

SettingWhat it doesTip

Headline line oneThe white line of the main headline.Leave empty for the default text.
Headline line twoThe red line of the main headline.A short phrase that reads quickly.
Showcase descriptionA short description under the headline. One sentence is enough.
Primary button text and linkThe red button, usually linking to the gaming builds category.Open the link and check it works in both languages.
Featured build button text and linkThe second button, linking to a specific build product.Use the product link exactly as it appears in your store.
Featured build imageThe large image in the showcase.Leave empty to use the original build photo with its background removed. Any image you choose is shown in full without stretching, so use original or licensed product photos.
Configurator productsThe products that show the Configure your PC interface.Product IDs separated by English commas, no spaces. Leave empty to turn the interface off.

How do I find a product ID?

It is the number after the letter p at the end of the product link. For example, in a link ending with /p150863757 the ID is 150863757. For several products write: 150863757,150863758.

Labels in the editor may appear in Arabic. All other Raed settings remain available as usual, such as the sticky header, header and footer colors, the sticky add-to-cart button and product image zoom. Review them in the preview before publishing.

4 Setting up the build product in Salla

Configure your PC reads the product's native options, so setup starts on the product page in Salla:

  1. Open Products, then the build product.
  2. In Options, create a group for each component (processor, graphics card, memory…) and add its values.
  3. In Quantities, set the price and quantity for each combination.
  4. Link the official component photos to the values so they appear inside the cards.
  5. Add the product ID to the Configurator products setting.

The 100-combination limit

Salla allows at most 100 combinations per product. Combinations are the number of values in each group multiplied together, not 100 values per group. Example: 4 processors × 5 graphics cards × 5 memory options = 100 combinations. If you go over the limit, reduce the values or split the build into more than one product.

What the interface supports

  • Single-choice groups are enhanced. Other option types keep Salla's native interface and work as usual.
  • Out-of-stock or disabled values cannot be selected.
  • The Reset options button restores the default values.
  • Prices, photos and availability all come from the product data in Salla.

5 Pre-publish checklist

Run it from the theme copy's Preview on your store, with your real data:

  • The home page works in Arabic and English, and the buttons open the correct links.
  • Mobile and desktop layouts look right, with no sideways scrolling or overlap.
  • A regular product (not listed in Configurator products) works with Salla's native options.
  • The build product shows only the required groups, and out-of-stock values cannot be selected.
  • Leaving a required option empty blocks adding to cart.
  • The price after each choice matches the product page, cart and checkout, including VAT and discounts.
  • Component photos change with the selection, and Reset options restores the right values.
  • A test order keeps the option names and values.
  • Search, cart, account, wishlist, blog and policies work as usual.
  • The logo and home showcase display without distortion.

Use a test payment method if one is available; do not make a real purchase just to test. If any item fails, hold off publishing until it is fixed.

6 Publishing and rolling back

Publishing

  1. Keep the currently published theme copy and do not delete it.
  2. From the Valorrex copy's card in Store design, choose Publish.
  3. Choose Default publishing for all customers, or Custom publishing by country, city or language if it is available to you.
  4. Publish at a quiet time, then open the store as a visitor on a phone and try the build product up to the cart.

Rolling back to the previous copy

  1. Publish the previous copy from Store design so it becomes active again, or use Edit or cancel publishing if it is available.
  2. Check as a visitor that the previous copy is back.
  3. Do not delete a published copy: Salla requires publishing another copy first.
